Craft Fair Vendors the best way to guarantee your spot is to pre-register for the next year’s event at the current year’s event. After that November weekend, booths will be assigned on a first come, first serve basis. Booths will only be assigned when both registration and payment are received by the Bandwagon. Crafters/Vendors can begin setting up on Friday, November 15th from 6:00 pm until 9:00 pm.
Our Craft Fair has booth space available in three areas at Mead High School: the fieldhouse, the main gym, and the mall area. We have two entrances to the craft fair to allow customers the ease of access to all three rooms. The basic layout remains the same as previous years with the size of the booths remaining at 10’x10’ to accommodate those of you with indoor “tents”.
Volunteers are the heart of our organization!.

Mead Bandwagon is a registered corporation with the state of Washington, and an official non profit with 501(c)(3) status according to the IRS. The Bandwagon’s sole purpose is to support the band and colorguard programs at Mead High School with both financial and volunteer support. All parents/guardians of band/colorguard students are eligible for membership. Meetings are usually held the 2nd Tuesday of each month in the Mead HS band room. Officers are elected each May for the following school year.
